Project Story
An Indianapolis family loved their lot and their trees — they didn't love their 1990s pool. We took the shell down to bare concrete, retiled the interior, lifted the spa, replaced every line of equipment, and left the trees and brick where they belonged.
Design Challenge
Renew a tired 1990s pool inside a property whose mature trees and brick architecture the owners wanted untouched.
Lifestyle Outcome
A pool that reads like new construction inside a landscape that still feels like home — same trees, same paths, entirely different water.
Unique Feature
An iridescent blue-grey all-tile interior that shifts color through the day — pale at noon, deep ink at dusk.
